About Bisibelabath Recipe
You know that bisibelabath is one of the famous and tasty dish. The cool thing about this is, it is Iyengar recipe and I got this from one of my friend in office. This is her mum’s recipe. One day we had a get together in office, she bought this along with papad and it was totally delicious. At that second itself I wanted to post this in my blog. So last week I called her mum and asked for the recipe and made it at once. The vegetables used in this recipe is entirely upto you. You could add or remove any vegetables as per your wish. Basically you are making a special sambar and adding rice to that. Please taste the sambar and adjust the tamarind, salt and sugar for your taste. This is best had piping hot right from the stove. You can put this in a bowl and eat it with a spoon, because the consistency of this should be semi solid which makes it a comfort dish. I had it with brinjal fry and papad. So hope you love it and let me know the results.
