Chapati with cabbage, Carrot Chips & Egg with step wise pictures. Healthy lunch box which includes chapati, chips and egg. This is a balanced lunch box which is easy to make and taste delicious. On snacks box it is Jeera Khakhra Today’s lunch box—> Cabbage chapati with ketchup—->Carrot chips—->Rolled egg omelette I added finely chopped cabbage to atta flour and kneaded to a dough. Made chapati and drizzled with some ghee and rolled. For egg omelette, I added some finely chopped carrots in with the eggs and made rolled egg omelette. You can check my website for the recipe. For carrot chips, I sliced carrot thinly. Coated in cornflour and some salt. Deep-fried till crisp. Khakhra is thin wheat crisp. Maha likes it a lot.
