Is pasta just Italian?
While we think of pasta as a culturally Italian food, it is most likely descended from ancient Asian noodles. Pasta is widely believed to have been brought to Italy from China by Marco Polo in the 13th century. This is my go to pasta recipe, because it just needs a handful of ingredients and you can whip up in no time. By the time the pasta gets cooked the sauce will be done. So you toss them together and serve in less than 15 mins. So give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
