Palak Curry Recipe (Spinach Curry)
I bought a bunch of spinach before a week. And it was lying in my fridge so sadly till two days back. I want to use it in a yummy way so that everyone in my family love it. Yesterday I had a great adventure in my life. I have never ever seen a squid in my life till yesterday, I have thought that it is the most disgusting seafood in the entire world. I made a simple yet yummy palak curry with those and served it with hot roti’s and carrot raita. Hubby helped me with the carrot raita (Hard work isn’t!!). And everything came together pretty good. So here you go to the recipe.
Ingredients for Palak Curry (Spinach Gravy Recipe)
Spinach - 3 cups packed ( I used Palak/ Pasalai Keerai) Onion - 1 chopped finely Tomato - 2 chopped finely Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp Chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder / malli posi - 1 tblspn Turmeric powder / Manjal podi - 1 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Curd - 2 tblspn well beaten Oil - 1 tblspn Butter - 1 tblspn
