Ingredients for Poha Salad
Water - ½ cup Jaggery - ½ cup Apples - 1 chopped finely Pomegranate - 1 cup Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely Coconut - ½ cup grated
How to Make Poha Fruit Salad
Take jaggery and water and mix well. Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside. Now add in all ingredients and mix well. Serve cold.
