Pudalangai Kuzhambu Recipe
This is my first recipe for snake guard in my blog. Even though amma cooks this vegetable often, i never even thought of posting this in my blog. The reason for that is, I don’t like it. I hated it so badly. I have not tasted it much too, but the look of it makes me to hate it. One day when i was shopping, i found this in the market. I was confused whether to buy or not. As a brave move i took one and put it into my basket. When i reached home, i was looking at it and was thinking what to make with it. Then finally i decided to make a gravy out it to serve over rice. I sliced it up, cooked in water and added cooked dal and a yummy coconut masala, did a final tempering and walla there was a yummy gravy. When i tasted it first i can’t believe that it is snake guard. it tasted so good. Give it a go and you will know the taste of it. Similar Recipes,Ulli TheeyalKadala TheeyalPumpkin Theeyal
