About Sattu Flour
Sattu flour is very new to me. I have seen about it so many times in so many other websites. But have never tried it. So last time when we found this on the super market shelves so grabbed a packet to try it. Actually sattu flour is nothing but roasted chickpea flour or bengal gram flour. It has a unique nutty taste to it which is delicious. It makes perfect sarbath, drink or like this ladoo. I have already made a drink, ladoo, cheela. Will soon try few more recipes like paratha.
