Thinai / Foxtail Millet - ½ cup Oil - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - ½ tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ¼ tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely Carrot - 1 chopped finely Coconut - ¼ cup grated
